交換生 Inbound Exchange

1. 申請流程 Application Procedure

Step1 確認申請資格及欲申請交換系所
          Check your eligibility and decide your program

1. 申請學生須為與本校簽署合作協議之海外姊妹校在校學生。
2. 決定申請交換的系所前，請先至選課系統查詢且確認其開設課程是否符合需求。

1. The student must be enrolled in the partner university that has signed a cooperation agreement with NPTU.
2. Before selecting the department for your exchange, please review the courses offered through the course system and ensure that they meet your academic requirements and study plan.

Step2 姊妹校提名推薦
          Be nominated by your university

聯繫原學校負責交換計畫單位人員，確認提交推薦所需文件。
Contact the unit in charge of exchange program at your university. Check with them what procedure you have to complete to be selected.

Step3 線上申請
          Apply online

至 NPTU 交換生申請系統填寫資料並上傳各項必繳文件，以完成申請。
Fill out NPTU online exchange form and upload the required documents to complete the application

Step4 審查
         Review

1. NPTU 收到推薦函及申請資料後，將開始審查。
2. 必要時得通知申請人補件、接受面談。

1. After NPTU receives the nomination letter issued by your university and your application, the committee will review your documents.
2. If necessary, applicants will be requested to provide supplementary documents. Please note that some departments or institutes may request interviews.

Step5 確認錄取結果
          Check the result

入學邀請函以 email 寄發。
Admission result will be sent out to the students via email.

2. 修課要求 Course Requirement

1. 交換生若母校無修課規定，於本校交換期間須修課至少 1 門課程或 3 學分。
2. 交換生皆必修“初級華語”課程。

1. If there’s no any requirement for taking courses at home university, all exchange students MUST take at least one course or 3 course credits per semester during the exchange period.
2. All exchange students are required to take “Basic Chinese 初級華語” course.

注意事項 Remarks

1. 大部分學系、所、學位學程課程皆以中文授課為主。
2. 國際學程（應用科技國際博士班、應用科技國際碩士班、STEM 教育國際碩士學位學程、 國際資訊科技與應用碩士學位學程）為全英語授課。
3. 如欲申請非全英授課之學系所，建議須具備至少 A2 以上等級華語能力。
4. 交換生可自行選擇系所或修課範圍，因此若未具華語能力，可選擇跨學院、系、所及學 位學程開設之 EMI 課程。
5. 各學系所開設課程只要未標註僅限於特定班級選修(如僅限本系學生等)，皆可選修。

1. Most courses in departments, institute, programs are mainly taught in Chinese.
2. The international programs (IPPAS, IMPAS, IMPSE, IMPITA) are taught entirely in English.
3. To apply for a department mainly taught in Chinese, Chinese language proficiency with A2 level (or above) is recommended. (A2 level of TOCFL or level 4 of HSK)
4. Exchange students can decide their intended department or study courses. Hence, if the students don’t have the required level of Chinese language proficiency, they can choose EMI courses offered by colleges, departments, institutes or programs. (*EMI courses will be marked as “EMI 課程” on the course information system)
5. Courses offered by each college, department, institute or program can be selected if they are not marked as limited to specific classes (such as only for the department students).

備註 Note

1. 上述文件請提供英文或中文版本，非中文或英文版本須另提供英文或中文翻譯。
2. 照片請勿使用掃描檔或是生活照，請提供 6 個月內脫帽半身正面之彩色大頭照。

1. Please provide all the documents in English or Chinese. If not, please translate in English or Chinese.
2. Do not use the scanned file or candid photo. A recent, passport-sized color photo of the applicant.
