申請流程 Application process

1. 第一階段：提出申請。
   The first stage: submit an application.
2. 第二階段：申請學生經審查後，其通過者，於公告明定期限內繳交論文研究學習計畫指導評量表，且評分成績達80分以上，將予以核發一次性獎學金新臺幣15,000元。
   Second stage: Those who pass the review must submit the "Research Scholarship Student Thesis Research Study Plan Guidance Evaluation Form" within the application deadline. If the evaluation score reaches 80 points or above, an one-time scholarship of NTD 15,000 will be granted.

申請時程 Application Schedule

1. 申請時間：至2025年11月21日下午4點止, 逾期不受理。
   Application period : Nov.21, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
   備註: 僅需於申請期間內繳交第一階段所需文件。
   Note: Only need to submit the documents required for the first stage.
2. 預計12月初公告於國際事務處網站公告通過審查申請者名單及其第二階段所需文件繳交期限，逾期不受理。
   The list of applicants who pass the review and the deadline for submitting documents for the second stage will be announced on the website of the Office of International Affairs in the beginning of December. Late submissions will not be accepted.

申請資格 Application Eligibility:

1. 限研究所境外學生 (不包含新型專班)申請，須持有工作證。
   Only for applications from overseas graduate students (excluding those in iSMART programs), and with work permit.
2. 申請學生須有專屬指導教授並確認論文研究題目，且與指導教授確認研究工作協助事項。
   Applicants must already have a dedicated advisor and confirm the thesis research topic, and confirm research assistance matters with the advisor.

應繳交文件 Required documents

請自行列印文件，辦公室不幫忙列印，並且將證件黏貼好，文件齊全後再繳交
Please print documents by yourself, attach the ID copy, submit after all of them are complete.

• 第一階段 Documents required for the first stage:
  1. 本校歷年成績單(含操行成績)等文件，若為碩士班新生則提供大學歷年成績單 
     The university's transcripts from previous years (including conduct scores). Master's program freshmen should provide undergraduate transcripts from all previous years.
  2. 獎助型兼任助理僱用表
     Part-time Assistant Employment and Grant Application Form
  3. 論文研究學習指導實施計畫
     Research Scholarship Student Thesis Research Study Plan Guidance Evaluation Form
  4. 關係型態同意書 一式3份
     Research Scholarship Recipient Relationship Agreement. 3 copies.
  5. 工作證
     Work permit.
  6. 在學證明
     Enrollment certificate.
