為減輕學生於學期轉換及寒暑宿期間寢室搬遷之困擾，114學年度於屏師校區光華樓試辦長住型學生宿舍住宿方案(民生校區小東樓仍維持原有住宿方式)，其變動如下：

1.申請入住後以住宿1年為原則，入住後除辦理休、退學、畢業或自願辦理退宿外，免再申請寒暑假住宿，學期與寒暑假轉換免再搬遷及淨空寢室，可在原床位住宿至寒/暑宿閉宿，寒暑假住宿費併同學期住宿費一併收費，其收費計算方式如下：

(1)上學期住宿期間包括上學期及寒假住宿期間(含春節期間)，春節期間宿舍不關閉，其住宿費為上學期(以4個月計算)+寒宿(以1個月計算)+春節(以6天計算，且因應春節期間外包人力薪資加倍等因素，期間住宿費加計1.5倍計算)等期間費用。
(2)下學期住宿期間包括下學期及暑假住宿期間，其住宿費為下學期(以4個月計算)+暑宿期間(以2個月計算)費用。
(3)住宿費退費規定仍依本校學生住宿申請要點辦理，惟學期間辦理退宿者除按比例退還學期住宿費外，併同寒暑假及春節等期間住宿費一併退費。惟申請退宿後須限期搬離宿舍，不得再將個人物品放置於宿舍內。

2.春節期間光華樓亦持續提供學生住宿使用，住宿費以最短春節天數6天計算，且因應春節期間外包人力(宿舍保全、清潔等)薪資加倍等因素，期間住宿費加計1.5倍計算。

3.宿舍冰箱使用費仍依本校學生宿舍冰箱使用要點辦理，惟申請時加計寒暑假使用電費，春節期間使用不另外收費。

4.因114學年度長住型學生宿舍屬試辦性質，其收退費等實施方式與原有學生住宿申請要點及冰箱使用要點有所扞格，特擬定因應長住型學生宿舍試行辦法(如附件)以因應試辦期間所面臨之各項問題；待期滿後再行評估是否具有可行性。

To reduce the inconvenience of moving between winter/summer vacation, Guidance and Counseling Section is now trying a long stay program in Pingshih/Kuang Hua building from 114 academic year.(Pilot Program) (Minsheng/Xiaodong building is not in this program)
Changes are as follows:

1. Accommodation application is for one year. Don't have to apply for winter/summer dorm again, unless you quit, graduate or voluntarily move out. Don't have to change or clear room for winter/summer vacation, you can stay in same room.
Dormitory fee for semester and winter/summer vacation will be charged together:

(1) First semester period: First semester + winter vacation + Chinese New Year period.
(2) Second semester period: Second semester + summer vacation.
(3) The refund policy is still in accordance with the accommodation regulation of NPTU. If student moves out in the middle of semester, winter/summer dorm fee will also be refunded together. After applying to move out, any personal belongings can't be stored in the dormitory.

2. Kuang Hua building will be open during Chinese New Year period, the fee is calculated based on the shortest Chinese New Year period, 6 days. Due to the factors of doubling of wages, the fee during this period will be charged at 1.5 times the orginal amount.

3. Dormitory refrigerator usage fee is still in accordance with dorm refrigerator regulation, electricity fee during winter/summer vacation will be charged, no additional charge during Chinese New Year period.

4. Since this program is still a pilot program, the refund and implemention may be different, the regulation for this program is as attached.
