為宣揚臺灣高等教育優質學研特色及友善環境，吸引全球傑出青年來臺就學，財團法人高等教育國際合作基金會自即日起舉辦旨揭徵文活動!

徵文形式：本次徵文分為圖文徵文（Instagram）及影音徵文（YouTube）

參加資格：徵文期間就讀國內大學校院之境外生，含學位生、語言學習生及交換生等。同一位學生可同時參與圖文與影音徵文，唯每人僅能於每一形式進行一次投稿，並完成線上徵件表格填寫

徵文期間：

１、圖文徵文（Instagram）採一階段競賽，自即日起至本(113)年6月30日止

２、影音徵文（YouTube）採二階段競賽，資格賽自即日起至本(113)年5月31日止，決賽時程自決賽名單於6月7日公告後至6月30日止

活動獎勵：經本會評審獲選之作品，將刊登於Study in Taiwan、本會官網及本會所屬社群媒體。

１、圖文徵文（Instagram）：

首奬1名：Apple iPhone 15 (含稅);

二獎2名：Fujifilm Instax Mini Evo Camera (含稅);

抽獎10名：每人獲頒新台幣2000元等值禮卷(已依「機會中獎稅」法，扣繳給付金額20%)。

２、影音徵文（YouTube），進入第二階段決選，角逐前三獎:

首獎1名：Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max (含稅);

二獎1名：GoPro HERO 12 Vlog professional kit (含稅);

三獎1名：Insta360 GO 3 Standard Kit (含稅)

得獎公告：本會將於本年7月15日前於官網公告最終得獎名單，並各別通知得獎者

Participant Eligibility: All international students, including those currently studying and those who have previously studied in Taiwan's colleges and universities. Each student could join Instagram and Youtube types together, but only one application for each. Need to complete online form for application.

Event Period:

Instagram: Till 11:00 am, June 30, 2024

YouTube: Video upload before 11:00 am, May 31, 2024. (Preliminary Round)

Prizes: The winner piece will be publised on Study in Taiwan and FICHET social media
