申請資格

符合以下外國學生身分者，始具報名資格：

• 國籍規定：具外國國籍且於申請時不具僑生資格，並符合教育部『外國學生來臺就學辦法』規定者。
• 學歷規定：具高中畢業資格者，得申請入學本校學士學位班；具學士學位者，得申請入學本校碩士班；具碩士學位者，得申請入學本校博士班。
• 大陸地區學歷：應依大陸地區學歷採認辦法規定辦理。
• 香港或澳門地區：應依香港澳門學歷檢覈及採認辦法規定辦理。

Applicant’s Eligibility

International students who meet the following requirements are eligible to apply:

• Nationality: a person of foreign nationality who has never held Republic of China (R.O.C.) nationality and has never undertaken studies in Taiwan as an overseas Chinese student, and complies with the regulations regarding “International Students Undertaking Studies” in Taiwan of the Ministry of Education (MOE).
• Academic Qualification: applicants with a high school diploma are eligible to apply for undergraduate programs, a bachelor’s degree for Master programs, and a master’s degree for Doctoral programs.
• Academic credentials from the Mainland Area: shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations Regarding the Assessment and Recognition of Academic Credentials for Mainland Area.
• Academic credentials from Hong Kong or Macao: shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations Governing the Examination and Recognition of Educational Qualifications from Hong Kong and Macao.
