僑外學生就學期間如果需要延長居留證，需要在居留證到期前30日內，在線上提出居留證延期申請。

申請延期必備文件為:護照、照片、舊的居留證、在學證明(至學校機器操作繳費後，至民生校區註冊組領取)。

在學生如果寒暑假返國期間居留證到期者，可以:
離境前提早延期居留證，於線上申請延期。
申請延期必備文件為:護照、照片、舊的居留證、在學證明及機票證明
於居留證到期前入境台灣，隔離後繳交學費並領取111-1在學證明，於線上申請延期。
