簡介

為因應金融市場自由化與國際化之發展趨勢，本系以公司財務、投資管理、國際財務管理及衍生性金融商品為主要教學與研究之領域，並強調分析經濟環境、了解財經現況之基本能力訓練。本系訂有專業證照畢業門檻。

Our educational objective is to prepare students with the essential knowledge required in a highly competitive financial industry. In order to educate the future financial professionals, both theoretical and empirical knowledge are emphasized in our program. Moreover, in a highly liberalized and internationalized environment, our training is complying with the global financial market development. The major teaching and research areas focus on corporate finance, investment, international financial management and derivatives. We also emphasize the basic skills for students in using foreign languages, applying state of the art computer/statistical software and understanding contemporary business and economic issues. Knowing that following financial regulations is the basis of a sound financial system, we require students to gain a thorough understanding of commercial law as well as a respect of commercial ethics and integrity.
