簡介

一、師資結構、背景與專長均與授課課程契合，提供學生不動產知識培育。
二、與高屏地區業界、政府機關產學合作，並有完整不動產推廣教育。 
三、積極輔導學生取得不動產估價師、地政士、不動產經紀人國家證照。 
四、本學系學生需達到學校要求之門檻，始得畢業。

1.Education for practical business and market requirement unification. 
2. Emphasizing on the management ability training for property management. Characteristic development combining real estate industries.
3. The curriculum and instruction are also helped for getting real estate brokers certification,land administration agent certification and estate appraiser certifications. 
4. This school student needs to reach the threshold requirement of school, before they may graduate.
