(一)入臺簽證由學生自行辦理，請自行向母國當地或鄰近之臺灣駐外辦事處申辦洽詢。

(二)獲准入學不等於獲發簽證，也不等於獲准入境。
Obtaining the school's admission permit does not guarantee the issuance of a visa or the entry permission.
(三)獲得簽證入境後，請自行留意停留期限及是否需延長簽證。如需延長簽證期限請洽國際處並提出事由。
After obtaining the visa and entering Taiwan, please be aware of the duration of stay and whether an extension is required. If an extension is needed, please contact our International Affairs Office and provide the reasons.

(四)簽證(將以FT註記)類型：若在臺交換時間

• 短於6個月，請申請停留簽證 less than 6 months, please apply for visitor visa
• 超過6個月，請申請居留簽證 longer than 6 months, please apply for resident visa

保險費
Insurance Fee

自行投保 self-purchase insurance ：

• 請在自己國家投保海外保險，須投保足夠在海外生活期間。
  Students should purchase their own overseas insurance that must cover for a sufficient period of life in Taiwan.
• 須提交投保證明。(文件須為中文或英文版本)
  Please submit the proof of insurance and a statement of not purchasing insurance in Taiwan. (*The documents should be in Chinese or English)

依校際合作協議及各校接收學生互惠原則收費或免除費用。
The fees will be charged or waived according to the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and the reciprocity principle of partner university for accepting students.
 

依房型及校區不同，房間收費不同。（可參考生活輔導組網站 hhttps://staf-life.nptu.edu.tw/index.php）
Depending on the room type and location of campus, the room charges are different. (refer to Guidance and Counseling Section https://staf-life.nptu.edu.tw/index.php)

學生宿舍費用請至生輔組領取繳費單後，到出納組現金繳費。 
Housing fee: take the payment bill from the Guidance and Counseling Section and then pay it in cash at Cashier Division.

校園網路使用費請至出納組現金繳費。
School Internet fee: pay it in cash at Cashier Division.

各項行政支援費用，包含郵寄費、證書、成績單製作及活動費用等。
It includes the delivery fee of the offer letter, transcript and certificate, and activity fees etc.

在臺就學或停留超過 3 個月但不超過 6 個月之學生皆須至臺灣的醫院做短期交流生健康檢查。
It is necessary for all short-term students to do the health check in Taiwan, especially for those will stay at least 3 months but no more than 6 months.

如已在自己國家施打麻疹腮腺炎德國麻疹混合疫苗及胸部X光肺結核檢查，請攜帶正本及影本至醫院出示證明。
If those got the shoot of Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) and did the chest X-ray in their home country, please bring the originals and the soft copies of immunization certificates and the chest X-ray report.
