每學期註冊時由學校一次代收半年保險費，共 4,956元/學期。（第一學期收九月至次年二月保險費，第二學期收三月至八月保險費）
The cost of National Health Insurance (NHI) should be included in the tuition fee every semester. The cost is TWD 826 each month (according to the fee criteria set by NHI), so payment per semester is TWD 4,956 (from September to February and March to August).

新入境之新生需於領取ARC後居留滿6個月始符合投保資格，但為保障學生安全，未能參加健保之前，須辦理團體傷病醫療保險，外國學生團體保險費為每學期(6個月)新台幣3,000元。
Newly arrived students can underwrite an NHI insurance policy only when they have received ARC for six months. Thus, they join the group medical insurance instead at a cost of TWD 3,000 per semester.

僑港澳生、外籍生每月應負擔保險費如下表 The form of monthly fee for oversea and foreign students （2021.1.1）

註：
1. 不得在學校加保之僑生，不適用本表。
This form does not apply to overseas students who didn't join school's insurance coverage. 
2. 健保費調整時，本表負擔保費金額隨同調整。
If the payment of health insurance is adjusted, the amount of Premium written on this table will be adjusted at the same time.
3. 僑生持僑務委員會核可開立單位之清寒證明文件，於表單填寫資料 (https://oiais.nptu.edu.tw/p/423-1090-1676.php?Lang=zh-tw) 向國際處提出申請，並經僑務委員會審核通過後補助保險費50%，學生自費新臺幣413元/月。
