📌 課程資訊

• 活動費用：全程免費（政府全額補助）

• 課程時間：10月14日、15日、16日、21日、22日、23日（每週三、四、五），晚上 19:00 ～ 21:00（共6晚，總計12小時；最多可請假2次）。

• 課程地點：【就是咖啡】（屏東市自由路317號，自由路與勝利路口，孔家小館隔壁）。

• 課程內容：

  1. 10/14 (三) 咖啡調配技術介紹

  2. 10/15 (四) 咖啡豆挑豆及烘烤實作

  3. 10/16 (五) 冰咖啡調製

  4. 10/21 (三) 手沖咖啡練習實作

  5. 10/22 (四) 珍珠奶茶實作

  6. 10/23 (五) 手沖練習及成果驗收與心得分享

• 語言支援：咖啡師採國語、英語、越南語分組教學。

• 報名資格：新住民及其家屬（含中國大陸）、大專院校外籍生（移工身分無法報名，無研習時數證明）。

📌 Course Information

• Cost: Free (Fully subsidized by the government)

• Dates & Time: October 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, and 23 (Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays) | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM (6 days in total; maximum 2 days leave allowed).

• Location: Specialty Coffee Shop (就是咖啡) — No. 317, Ziyou Road, Pingtung City.

• Instruction Languages: Baristas will teach in groups using Mandarin, English, and Vietnamese.

• Eligibility: New immigrants from all countries (including China) and their families/friends, or foreign students currently enrolled in colleges and universities in Taiwan. (Migrant workers CANNOT register; no workshop/training hours certificate provided).
