Dear International Students,

The Ministry of Education (MOE) is now recruiting college student volunteers for the International Companion for Learning (ICL) program for the Fall Semester 2026!

Operated by National Taiwan University (NTU), the ICL program pairs international students with Taiwanese university students to conduct online English video sessions with elementary and junior high school pupils across Taiwan. This program aims to promote cross-cultural exchange and foster global perspectives. All international students (including degree-seeking students and Mandarin language students) are warmly invited to join!

• Program Overview: Partner with a Taiwanese university student to engage in online English sessions and cultural exchanges with local school children.

• Eligibility: International students enrolled in Taiwanese universities/colleges (degree students, language students, etc.).

• Application Deadline: September 18, 2026 (Friday) at 12:00 PM (Noon)
