為提升境外學生在臺求學期間的金融安全意識，並預防金融詐騙及帳戶遭不法利用之風險，本校轉發台北富邦銀行與 One-Forty 合作推出之「東南亞四國語版金融安全工具包」。

本工具包整合了防詐宣導、常用母語諮詢熱線、離境銷戶宣導（避免帳戶遭不法利用）、理財教學影片及銀行常用服務使用指南等實用資源，並提供中文對照，歡迎同學們多加利用與下載

Dear International Students,

To enhance financial safety awareness and protect international students from financial fraud and illegal account misuse during their studies in Taiwan, we are sharing the "Financial Safety Toolkit (Southeast Asian Languages Edition)" co-developed by Taipei Fubon Bank and One-Forty.

This toolkit provides practical financial safety resources with Chinese translations, including anti-fraud guidelines, native-language consultation helplines, account closure procedures prior to departure (to prevent account misuse), financial literacy videos, and guides for common banking services.
