學校住宿由本校生活輔導組安排。學期間和寒暑假期間規定不同。具體安排如下：

學期間住宿（上學期、下學期）：

• 學期間的住宿按照原有安排進行。
• 申請方式：
  • 新生：於填寫新生報到系統時一併申請。
  • 舊生：由生輔組公告宿舍申請時間，徑自上網申請。
  • 短期交流生（包含交換生、實習生）：申請交換或實習時統一由學校協助申請。
• 境外生優先保障住宿名額，但若取消校園住宿，下次重新申請將與一般學生一起抽床位名額。
• 繳費方式：每學期住宿費用列於學雜費單上，註冊時繳費。

寒暑假期間住宿（暑假、寒假）：

• 寒暑假期間的住宿將集中安排至一個指定棟別。實際棟別及搬離日期時間將依生輔組公告為準。
• 申請方式：由生輔組公告宿舍申請時間，學生於期限內填寫寒暑宿申請表繳交至生輔組。
• 繳費方式：申請後生輔組會給予繳費單，請至出納組繳費。

寒假期間特殊安排（農曆新年）：

• 如寒假期間遇到過年，學校宿舍將暫時關閉。在此期間，學生需搬離宿舍並自行尋找住宿地點，或由學校協助安排住宿並自費。具體安排和住宿地點將另行公告（安排作業需接近日期盤點空房以及校內簽核等處理時間，請耐心等候公告！）
• 過年結束搬回宿舍為寒宿地點或是學期宿舍地點，依生輔組公告。

費用計算：

• 學期間、寒暑假及過年期間的住宿費用將分開計算。

On-campus accommodation is managed by the Guidance and Counseling Section (生活輔導組).  For academic terms and academic breaks (winter and summer vacations), different policies apply as follows:

During the Academic Terms (first semester and second semester):

• Accommodation will follow the original arrangements as scheduled.
• How to apply：
  • New students: Apply when filling out the new student registration system (school system) or the Personal Information Collection for Enrollment (google form).
  • Current students: Follow the announcements of dormitory application from the Guidance and Counseling Section and apply online directly.
  • Short-term students (including exchange students and internship students): The school will assist with the application, so no need to apply on your own.
• International Students have priority for guaranteed accommodation slots, but if they cancel campus housing, they will need to reapply and enter the random selection process for housing.
• The accommodation fee (per semester) will be listed on the tuition payment bill and should be paid at the enrollment time.

Winter and Summer Vacation:

• During winter and summer vacations, accommodation will be centralized in a designated building. The specific building assignment and the date and time for move-out and -in will be announced by the Guidance and Counseling Section.
• How to apply：
  1. Follow the announcements of dormitory application from the Guidance and Counseling Section
  2. Filling out the form and submit it to the section before the deadline
• After applying, the section will provide a payment slip. Please proceed to the casher division to pay the fee.

Special Arrangement for Winter Break (Lunar New Year holidays):

• If the winter break coincides with the Lunar New Year, school dormitories will be temporarily closed. During this period, students will need to vacate the dormitories and find alternative accommodation or have the option of being placed in accommodation arranged by the school. Details regarding these arrangements and the accommodation location will be announced separately. (Please be patient as arrangements may involve checking room availability and internal approvals CLOSE TO THE DATE!)
• After the holidays, moving back to either the winter vacation accommodation or the academic term accommodation will be announced by the Guidance and Counseling Section
• Please read carefully NOTICE for Accommodation during Lunar New Year

Fee Calculation:

• Accommodation fees for the academic terms, winter and summer vacations, and Lunar New Year will be calculated separately.
