1.畢業後延期居留:
(1) 如果畢業生居留證是6月30日過期，請自行到移民署辦理續期到7月31日；具備文件：在學證明、大頭照、護照、舊居留證，6月30日延期到7月31日不會多收費。
(2)學生畢業後如要留台覓職，請於居留證到期前，持”畢業證書、租屋證明、大頭照、護照與居留證”至移民署申請延長居留證，一次最長延期為 6 個月，從畢業月份開始起算。
(3) 如果要回國的畢業生已完成相關離校手續後，國際處將會通報各相關單位該生已畢業，所以你原本所持的以就學為事由的居留證將失效。你應該在規定期限內離境；後續如果要回來台灣，需要重新申請新的簽證才能入台。
2.全民健康保險:
(1)應屆畢業生的健保會在7月退保，畢業後留台找工作的同學需自行到健保署或租屋處的區公所加保。
(2)畢業生若是要提早離開台灣回國請通知國際處
(3)畢業生如果在台灣找到工作必須由雇用公司辦理健保加保及工作證。
3.退稅處理
僑外生若在台灣居留日數已達183天以上，在確定離境前(有離境證明，例如機票)，需要辦理退稅時，於校內工讀者請至民生校區出納組申請年度每月的「扣繳憑單」及國稅局規定之證件、護照、居留證、學生證及存摺影本等至屏東國稅局辦理退稅。
退稅方式：需保留台灣的帳戶，於次年的8月退稅至所得人的個人指定帳戶。

1.ARC Extension after graduated:
(1) If your ARC expiry date on June 30, please go to the Immigration Office to apply for extension until July 31.Required documents: certificate of enrollment,photo, passport, old ARC. Extension from June 30 to July 31 is no charge.
(2)Graduates seeking employment in Taiwan are required to provide a graduation certificate, ID photo,certificate of accommodation,passport and old ARC card to the immigration to extend the period of stay. The maximum extension is 6 months, starting from the month of graduation.
(3)If you apply to leave the school, your ARC with the purpose of study will become invalid after you complete the related school-leaving procedure. You shall leave Taiwan within the prescribed period. If you would like to return to Taiwan, you will need to re-apply a new visa to enter Taiwan.
2.National Health Insurance:
(1)National Health Insurance for Graduated Student will be withdrawal on July for the graduation year.
Student staying in Taiwan for seeking a job after graduation should proceed to National Health Insurance Administration or District Office nearby your hoursing area to maintain your health insurance.
(2)For student leaving Taiwan earlier, please inform OIA.
(3)Be noticed that company is responsible to handle your national health insurance once you get the job offer.
3.Tax Refund:
If you have the part time job and stay in Taiwan more than 183 days ,you can apply for the tax refund.
The students who work in the school should go to the cashier office at Minsheng Campus to apply the annual monthly withholding proof and prepare passport, ARC, student ID card, bank account passbook and go to Pingtung State Taxation Bureau.
Please keep the bank account in Taiwan and the refund will be sent to your account in August of the following year.
