※離台前務必完成表單，未報備者依本校學生獎懲辦法懲處。
相關規定隨時依疫情滾動修正。
※請大家注意以下幾點事項:
1、 如暑假要返國的學生請務必【簽署聲明書】並上傳。
2、 請特別注意居留證有效日期，持有效居留證之外國學生可依中央疫情指揮中心公告之規定入境 (所有相關規定悉依中央疫情指揮中心最新公告為準)。到期前一個月，請持相關文件於線上辦理延期。請注意，居留證逾期無法入境，需重新透過學校向教育部申請新辦居留簽證及申請特別入境許可。
3、因返國人數太多，檢疫旅館請同學自行預定，目前檢疫規定為隔離3天及自主管理4天，共7天，請以高雄或屏東旅館為主，且旅館費用為學生自費。請務必於入境兩周前，告知住宿地點。
4、國際旅行注意事項:
(1) 出示｢表定航班時間｣（Flight schedule time）前2天內的COVID-19核酸檢驗陰性報告(英文版);
(2) 預先以手機完成「入境檢疫系統」
(3) 禁止搭乘大眾交通工具由機場至防疫旅館，只能搭乘防疫計程車
(4) 不符合政府防疫補償金請領資格
5、 請務必提早返台，以便完成入境檢疫，本校於2022年9月5日開學上課。若逾開學時間，請自行申請事假，不得申請防疫假。
6、 請務必關注僑外聯會社團最新消息，以獲得學校最新防疫訊息與政府相關規定，掌握返台、返校相關健康監測規定事宜。
7、 後續若因國際疫情變化，致無法重新入境台灣者，111學年第1學期不適用安心就學方案。

※If you need to return home, you MUST finish the form before leaving Taiwan. Or you are subject to school regulation and related punishment.All regulations are subject to Taiwan CECC and the University's latest announcement and policies.

※For international students who plan to go back home 2022 summer, Please pay attention to this notice :
1、 Please apply for permission to leave Taiwan through OIA, sign 【the Declaration】and upload to the form.

2、 International Students holding a valid ARC can enter Taiwan, subject to Taiwan CECC’s latest regulation on border control. Please pay attention to your ARC expiration date, and apply for online extension within 30 days of its expiration. Note that if your ARC expires, you cannot enter Taiwan until you re-apply for a Resident Visa, and a Re-entry Permit through the University.

3、 According to CECC regulation, a student returning to Taiwan is required to undergo quarantine at a quarantine hotel. Because many students plan to go back to the countries, so students should book the quarantine hotels by yourselves. The current quarantine regulations are 3 days of isolation and 4 days of self-management, the total is 7days. Please provide information on hotels 2 weeks prior to the return.

4、Notice regarding international traveling:
(1) Before boarding the flight to Taiwan, all travelers must provide a COVID-19 RT-PCR test report (Eng. ver.) issued within 2 days prior to the flight schedule time;
(2) Log into the Quarantine System for Entry to complete the online health declaration;
(3) Do not take public transportation (MRT or THSR) from Airport to the Quarantine Hotel. You can only take a designated Taxi at the airport.
(4) You are not eligible to apply for government quarantine compensation.

5、Complete your quarantine and self-health management period before school start date on 2022/9/5. The disease prevention leave will not be available in your case.

6、Please follow the FB group for international students to receive updated COVID-19 policies and measures.

7、 If you cannot return to Taiwan due to later pandemic development, online courses are not applicable for 2022 Fall semester.
