簡介

本系旨在針對社會發展及其產生的現象，藉由社會科學的知識和方法，進行綜合的研究、規劃和教學，以期培育理論與行動兼備的社會發展經營人才，並貢獻於社會。其內涵有四項：
（一）社會發展理論的探討，以掌握趨勢。
（二）關懷社會，強化社會議題的剖析與行動。
（三）社會發展的經營與實踐。
（四）以區域為基礎，進行研究、教學和服務。
附註：
一、本系為非師資培育學系。
二、具備中文聴、說、讀、寫基本能力為宜。

The Department of Social Development aims to cultivate students to be social development management talented person with research and practice abilities.
Our 

• Research Fields are social development and its causing phenomena. 
• Research Approaches are social sciences and regional research. 
• Research Foci include theories of social development, social issues, civil society, and management and practice of social development.

Note:
(1) This department is a non-teacher training department.
(2) It is appropriate that students have basic ability in Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
