系所介紹

簡介

本所致力融合教育行政、教育政策、教育財經、組織經營與管理之理論與實務，並擴大教育政策與教育財經之研究範疇以及彰顯學校經營管理之在地化應用，同時運用多元化選課機制，以專業導向與需求取向強化學習成長之動能。自109學年度起博士班專業選修課程。新增幼兒教育行政組、特殊教育行政組，積極進行教育行政的跨域連結。

The institute is devoted to intergrate educational administration, educational policy, educational economics, organizational management, and theories and practices of management. Also, it strengthens the motivation of professional learning and growth via a multiple course selection system.Since the 109th academic year,the doctoral program elective courses have been added the Early Childhood Education Administration Section and the Special Education Administration Section to actively pursue cross-disciplinary links in education administration.
