109學年度寒宿住宿名單及注意事項

Accommodation Arrangement for Winter Vacation

寒宿入住期間為1/18(一)中午12:00，另請自備號碼鎖並向櫃檯登記。

Check-in time: February 9, 2021 (Tuesday) from 8 am to 5 pm (Check-in registration is not accepted from 12 pm to 1:30 pm)

If you have your own combination lock, please register it to the counter.

2021年1月18日中午12時至2021年2月9日中午12時，及2021年2月17日上午10時至2021年2月18日下午5時
January 18th (12p.m.) to February 9th (12p.m.), and February 17th (10a.m.) to February 18th (5p.m.)

農曆新年住宿期間(光華樓)
Accommodation for International students only during the period of Lunar New Year (Guang Hua Building)

2021年2月9日上午8時起~下午5時  (中午12時~1時30分不受理入住登記)至2021年2月17日上午8時
February 9, 2021 from 8 am.to 5 pm.  (Check-in registration is not accepted from 12 pm to 1:30 pm), and end on February 17 from 8 am.

入住寢室：請參閱下方鏈結及附件。

閉宿時間：110年2月17日(三)上午8時起，直接搬回109學年度第2學期寢室續住至開學，無須再搬回寒宿地點。

The date of the dorm closing: February 17, 2021 (Wednesday) from 8:00 am.

Students will directly move back to the dormitory of the second semester in 109 academic year and continue to live until the semester beginning; no need to move back to the accommodation location for winter vacation.

注意事項

Notice

1、入住時請先至蕙蘭樓櫃台辦理入住登記，並攜帶學生證進行門禁設定以利進出光華樓(請務必於2/9下午5點前完成設定)。

1. When you check in, please go to the counter in Huilan Building to do the check-in procedure first, and also bring your student ID to set the access control to facilitate entry and exit of Guanghua Building (please complete it before 5 pm on February 9).

2、請自備密碼鎖以利外出時寢室鎖門使用。

2. Please prepare your own combination lock to lock the bedroom door when you go out.

3、光華樓廁所管道較窄小，請同學切勿投入衛生紙、溼紙巾、衛生棉等物品，一旦投入異物就會造成管道堵塞，過年期間無廠商可修理，會導致同學無廁所可使用！！！！

3. The toilet pipes of Guanghua Building are narrow and small, so please DO NOT throw the paper, wet tissues, sanitary napkins and other items into the toilet. Once the objects are throw in, the pipes will be blocked. There will be no manufacturer to repair it during the Chinese New Year, and it will cause students having no toilets to use! ! ! !

4、春節期間光華樓1樓大廳有安排保全，同學如有問題可至大廳請求協助。

4. During the New Year holidays, there will be a security guard in the lobby of Guanghua Building. If students have any questions, they can ask for assistance in the lobby.

5、寢室WI-FI密碼張貼於光華樓1樓大廳公布欄，請同學入住後再行前往查看設定。

5. The WI-FI password will be posted on the announcement board on the 1st floor of Guanghua Building. Please do the settings after checking in.

6、清潔人員每隔2日會進行環境清潔，請同學確實做好垃圾分類，如垃圾數量較多可自行拿至復旦樓前方垃圾場丟棄。

6. The cleaning staff will clean the environment every 2 days. Please classify the garbage. If the garbage is large, please take it to the garbage dump in front of the Fudan Building for disposal.
