Step1 Apply for a new account.

1.Click work permit for foreign student, Overseas Chinese Students and Ethnic Chinese Students.
2.Click apply for an account.
3.Fill your personal information on the website.

(Before going to step2 you need to do the certificate of enrollment.)
- Go to Mensheng campus (F1 Cashier) for fill information and pay money 20TWD. After that bring the fill form go to Registration Division(F2) for to do the certificate of enrollment.

Step2 Upload your document.
The document to prepared for upload.
- Diploma
- VISA
- ARC (Front and back)
- Student card (Front and back)
- Picture
- Firm offer of admission
- Certificate of Enrollment
- Language certificate
- Book bank
*Then you will got the number for bring it go to pay at the post office.

Step4 Go to the post office for pay money.(*After that you will get the receipt form post office)

Step5 Use number on receipt fill on the next step.
